    "description" : "Die STRIKO Verfahrenstechnik GmbH und die Technische Hochschule Köln planen gemeinsam die Entwicklung einer innovativen sowie auslastungssensitiven Berstscheibe für maximale Anlagensicherheit, die bei vorgegebenem Lastkollektiv eine Prognose der vorhandenen Restlebensdauer ermöglicht. Ein Fokus liegt auf der numerischen Modellierung des mechanischen Verhaltens von Berstscheiben während der plastischen Deformation unter quasistatischer Last bis hin zum statischen Versagen mittels eines zu entwickelnden FEM-Modells. Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt ist die Prüfung und Analyse des zyklischen Schädigungsverhaltens von Berstscheiben. Daraus soll ein Berechnungsalgorithmus zur Lebensdauerprognose entwickelt werden, der eine Optimierung von Lebensdauer und Austauschintervall ermöglicht. Angesichts der aktuellen Herausforderungen und Schwächen im Bereich der Berstscheiben-Technologie und -Prüfmethodik, sowie der ineffizienten empirischen Dimensionierung und begrenzten Lebensdauer, sollen innovative Lösungen entwickelt werden, die die traditionellen Grenzen dieser Sicherheitskomponenten überwinden. Langfristig soll sich daraus zusätzliches Marktpotential im Bereich Safety as a Service ergeben.",
