    "description" : "Die Herausforderung im Projekt liegt darin, die chemische Vernetzung (Vulkanisation) von Gummiwerkstoffen derart rückgängig zu machen, dass die Stanzabfälle in den Herstellungsprozess ohne Qualitätsverlust der Produkte wiedereingeführt werden können. Mit Hilfe eines für Bremsbandwerkstoffe geeignetes, noch zu entwickelnden Devulkanisationsverfahren, soll das Material idealerweise zu 100 % wieder in den Prozess zurückgeführt werden. Dazu werden die entsprechenden Prozesse sowie eine geeignete Methodik zur Überprüfung der Erreichung entsprechender Produktanforderungen entwickelt. Dadurch kommt es zu Vermeidung von Abfällen, erheblicher Materialeinsparung und Reduzierung des CO2-Fußabdrucks der Produkte.",
