    "description" : "In diesem Projekt werden selbstorganisiert Pflegende (sP) mit uns digitale, analoge, kreativitätsfördernde und lösungsorientierte Pflegeschatz-Methoden weiterentwickeln, testen und verbessern, um Pflegeschätze zu bergen und die entwickelten Pflegeschatz-Methoden nachhaltig in digitaler Form auf einer interaktiven Plattform im Rahmen von Co-Creation-Workspaces zugänglich zu machen (Plattformbereich „Atelier“). Dabei werden Sorgegemeinschaften unterstützt, um sich sowohl untereinander als auch mit professionellen/medizinischen Einrichtungen und Fachexpert*innen zu vernetzen und sich ihrer Ressourcen bewusst zu werden. Damit andere Sorgegemeinschaften davon profitieren, werden die Pflegeschätze visualisiert und verständlich erläutert auf der interaktiven Plattform präsentiert (Plattformbereich „Ausstellung“). Das so entwickelte soziotechnische Tool zielt auf die Erhöhung von Selbstwirksamkeit und Lebensqualität in der beanspruchenden Pflegesituation, um informierte Entscheidungen und Planungen für eine Gestaltung des Pflegealltags, die Urlaubs- und Freizeitgestaltung, Entlastung und Teilhabe sowie eine höhere Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen. Primär adressiert das Vorhaben, dass andere Sorgegemeinschaften von der Alltagsexpertise pflegender Angehöriger profitieren können. Des Weiteren werden geeignete Pflegeschätze auch in die professionelle Pflege und Pflegeausbildung sowie zur Weiterentwicklung in die Forschung und Hilfsmittelherstellung fließen. Die Pflegeschätze werden im Rahmen einer qualitativen Studie identifiziert, beschrieben und kategorisiert. Während der Projektlaufzeit findet eine begleitende wissenschaftliche Evaluierung der Effekte der interaktiven Plattform auf die Nutzer*innen statt.",
