    "description" : "Der Anwendungsbereich der anvisierten F&E-Arbeiten liegt im horizontalen Schleuderguss und den darauffolgenden Bearbeitungsschritten, in denen die produzierten Rohre durch verschiedene Prozesse bearbeitet und geprüft werden. Die hochlegierten Edelstähle, aus denen im horizontalen Schleuderguss Rohre gefertigt werden, müssen stetig hinsichtlich besserer Performance bei den Kunden optimiert werden. Dieser Entwicklungsansatz bringt erhebliche Komplexität in der Fertigung der Rohre mit sich, sodass eine große Anzahl von Parametern den Erfolg des Gussprozesses, d. h. die Herstellung eines einwandfreien Produktes, beeinflussen. <br>Ziel des Projektes ist es, alle wichtigen, d. h. die Qualität des Produktes beeinflussenden, Parameter zu erfassen und entsprechende Vorhersagemodelle zu entwickeln. Die Nutzung dieser Modelle wird in die bestehenden Arbeitsvorbereitungs- und Produktionsprozesse integriert.",
