    "description" : "Ziel des Projekts ist ein ökoeffizientes Bauprodukt für modularen Gebäudebau, basierend auf klima- und ressourcenschonendem Bauen sowie nachhaltiger Kreislaufwirtschaft. Es handelt sich um dauerhafte Bauelemente aus ökoeffizienten Bindemitteln, deren Gesteinskörnung zu 100 Prozent aus Sekundärrohstoffen (ausschließlich aufbereitete mineralische Bau- und Abbruchabfälle) besteht und deren Bindemittel auf ökoeffizienten (klinkerreduzierten) Zementen, calciniertem Ton, Hüttensand, Flugasche oder Mischungen davon basiert. Durch Entwicklung eines neuen Blockdesigns sollen mechanische Eigenschaften, Dauerhaftigkeit und die Gesamtleistung der ökoeffizienten Bauelemente gesteigert werden. Neben Anforderungen der Bauausführung und den wesentlichen Bauwerksanforderungen wird die Entwicklung auf eine Rückbaubarkeit und Wiederverwendbarkeit der Bauelemente ausgerichtet. Die ökoeffizienten Bauelemente tragen damit entscheidend zur Produktzirkularität bei und werden am Ende der Lebensdauer ein ressourceneffizientes Recycling ermöglichen.",
