    "description" : "In der der Automobilindustrie setzen Fahrerassistenzsysteme auf eine Vielzahl von Kameras und optischen Sensoren, um den Fahrkomfort und die Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr zu erhöhen. Dabei kommen verschiedene Optiken zum Einsatz, die nicht zuletzt wegen der vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsaspekte umfangreichen Tests unterzogen werden und eine hohe Präzision in der geometrischen Form vorweisen müssen. Auch die Qualität von Kameraobjektiven sollte während der Fertigung geprüft werden.<br>Das übergeordnete Ziel dieses Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines neuen Online-Inspektionssystems zur Überprüfung der geometrischen Form von konvexen transparenten Glasprodukten, insbesondere Linsen, während des Produktionsprozesses. Das System wird die Online-Verbesserung der Produktionsqualität ermöglichen, indem es die Online-Parametrisierung des Produktionsprozesses ermöglicht, um die beste Produktqualität zu erzielen. Dadurch wird die Anzahl der fehlerhaften Produkte erheblich reduziert, die geometrische Präzision der Produkte erhöht. Folglich wird der unnötige Verbrauch von Ressourcen und Energie, der für die Wiederverwertung fehlerhafter oder minderwertiger Produkte erforderlich ist, reduziert. Darüber hinaus soll dieses Inspektionssystem den Anpassungsaufwand im Produktionsprozess verringern und die Prüfzeit der Produkte deutlich reduzieren.",
