    "description" : "Dynamische Fähigkeiten erlauben es Unternehmen, Chancen in ihrer Umwelt zu erkennen, diese zu ergreifen und ihre Organisation daran anzupassen. In plattformbasierten digitalen Ökosystemen gelten die Chancenerkennung und -wahrnehmung, die Gestaltung der Wertschöpfung mit Partnern und Innovationsfähigkeiten als besonders relevant. Bislang fehlt insbesondere das Verständnis der Ausgestaltung von Mikrofundierungen für Unternehmen in hochdynamischen Technologieumfeldern. Dazu gehört das industrielle Metaverse, ein sich rasch entwickelndes, digitales Geschäftsökosystem, das auf emergenten Technologien, wie insbesondere Extended Reality (XR), basiert. Ziel des Forschungsprojekts DYF-PIM ist die Entwicklung eines Messmodells für die dynamischen Fähigkeiten von Akteurinnen und Akteuren in digitalen Ökosystemen des industriellen Metaverses, um Erkenntnisse für deren Ausgestaltung zu erhalten. Im Speziellen sollen die Mikrofundierungen dieser Fähigkeiten untersucht werden. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf den XR-Lösungsanbietern (Komplementoren) und den Anwenderunternehmen. Zum einen trägt das Projekt zur Theoriebildung im Bereich der kontextsensitiven Ausgestaltung von dynamischen Fähigkeiten bei. Zum anderen werden praxisrelevante, strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für die Agierenden in Plattform-Ökosystemen des industriellen Metaverses abgeleitet.",
