    "description" : "Die energetische Sanierung von Fassaden birgt ein großes Einsparpotenzial beim Primärenergiebedarf von Gebäuden und somit zur Reduktion der damit verbundenen Treibhausgasemissionen. Das Ziel von EnergySkin ist die Entwicklung eines energieneutralen Fassadensystems zur seriellen Sanierung von Bestandsfassaden. Das zu entwickelnde System umfasst ein Fassadenmodul mit integrierter Photovoltaik sowie Heizbeschichtung zur Wandtemperierung und ein Montagesystem. Die außenliegende Wandtemperierung minimiert die Transmissionswärmeverluste durch die Fassade und steuert aktiv den Wärmestrom im Bauteil. Somit trägt das System zur Reduzierung des Heizwärmebedarfs bei. <br>Durch seine ressourcenschonende Konstruktion, die Verwendung kreislauffähiger Baustoffe und die Trennbarkeit der Komponenten spiegelt das Modul den Kerngedanken modernen, umweltbewussten Bauens wider. Die Technische Hochschule Köln fokussiert sich im Projekt auf die bauphysikalischen Anforderungen des Fassadenmoduls und des Montagesystems sowie auf die elektrischen Eigenschaften des Systems.",
