    "description" : "Ziel dieses Projektes ist die Entwicklung eines Prototyps, der die Verstopfungserscheinungen faserverstärkter Kunststoffe im 3D-Druck nach dem Materialextrusionsprinzip (MEX) bei Einsatz von kleinen Düsendurchmessern oder höherem Faseranteil und Faserlänge verhindert. Somit wird die präzise Herstellung von fasergefüllten Präzisionsbauteilen mit hoher Festigkeit ermöglicht, was beim Stand der Technik aktuell nicht möglich ist. Die bisher auftretenden Verstopfungserscheinungen sollen durch einen oszillierenden Düsendurchmesser (Durchmesser ab 300 µm) minimiert werden. Grundlage ist das Vermeiden einer Gewölbebildung, d. h. des Verklemmens mehrerer Fasern oder Partikeln über den gesamten Querschnitt, durch die Oszillation. Dabei soll eine Durchmesserveränderung um ca. 10 Prozent mit einer Frequenz von ca. 10 Hz realisiert werden (Düsendurchmesser mit 400 µm variiert zwischen 360 µm und 400 µm). Vorversuche an einer Nadel haben gezeigt, dass die Verstopfungserscheinungen von Medien mit kreisförmigen Partikeln durch eine Oszillation bei bestimmten Parametern verhindert bzw. gelöst werden können.",
