        vivo:description        "Das Ziel des Forschungsprojekts :bergische rohstoffschmiede ist es, das Bergische RheinLand zu einem Reallabor für zirkuläre Wertschöpfung zu wandeln. Mit regionalen Partnern werden neue Produktions- und Verwertungsprozesse entwickelt, um Materialien und Produkte möglichst lange im Kreislauf zu halten und somit Abfälle zu vermeiden. Hierzu soll ein auf die Bedarfe und die Strukturen der Region abgestimmtes Maßnahmenpaket umgesetzt werden. Zentrale Bausteine sind die praxisnahe Forschung zu den vier Themenbereichen „Organische Reststoffe“, „Baureststoffe“, „Kunststoff und Verbundstoffe“ und „Prozesswasser“, die Demonstration und Erprobung von Lösungen in der Region sowie die Einbindung der regionale Partner*innen über Feedback- und Reflexionsschleifen.<br>Das Kooperationsvorhaben :bergische rohstoffschmiede (:brs) wird über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren durchgeführt. Es wird im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs „Regionale Bergisches RheinLand – Das Beste aus beiden Welten“ von der Europäischen Union über den Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) mit rund 12,4 Millionen Euro gefördert.
