    "description" : "Das Projekt „Virtual Dedicated Logistics Lanes“ (ViDeLL) zielt darauf ab, urbane und industrielle Logistik in dicht besiedelten Gebieten wie Nordrhein-Westfalen effizienter, umweltfreundlicher und wettbewerbsfähiger zu gestalten. Traditionelle Güterverkehre belasten Straßen und Umwelt erheblich, während Automatisierungsmaßnahmen über Intralogistik hinaus oft an baulichen und finanziellen Hürden scheitern. <br><br>ViDeLL bietet eine innovative Lösung durch die Nutzung „virtuell dedizierter“ Verkehrsflächen für automatisierte Logistikfahrzeuge. Mithilfe von u.a. Infrastruktur-seitiger Sensorik als Teil kooperativer intelligenter Verkehrssysteme können innovative Logistiksysteme kostengünstig und sicher in das städtische Umfeld integriert werden. <br><br>Das Projekt fokussiert die Analyse verkehrstechnischer und rechtlicher Aspekte sowie die Entwicklung eines technischen Demonstrators zur Validierung in realitätsnahen Umgebungen. ViDeLL plant einen intensiven Dialog mit öffentlichen und industriellen Akteuren zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzbarkeit und gesellschaftlichen Akzeptanz. <br><br>Durch „virtuelle“ Verkehrsflächen können Städte verkehrlich entlastet und der internationale Wettbewerbsvorteil gesichert werden, insbesondere in Regionen wie NRW, die mit Flächenfragmentierung und hohem Verkehrsaufkommen kämpfen, kann der Notwendigkeit widerstandsfähigere Lieferketten (verkehrs)sicher, resilient und wirtschaftlich zu betreiben, mit dem Projektansatz entsprochen werden.",
